We have helped thousands of companies to comply with their Producer Responsibility Obligations for both the packaging and WEEE regulations since the start of our business in 2002. With a clear and transparent pricing structure and unrivalled member support, it’s clear to see why so many businesses choose to comply with Clarity, and why they stay with us year on year.
Our Packaging Compliance Scheme member base has grown by 43% in the last year. Watch our video to find out more.
Being recognised as a green organisation can boost sales, improve brand awareness and build customer loyalty, and there are more options than ever before for businesses to ensure that their packaging is sustainable.
Together we can be a part of the solution. Comply with Clarity and we will go beyond compliance to help ensure that your business is green enough to grow.
We believe that compliance should cost what you pay and work hard to offer the most cost-effective solutions. Our members don’t just save money on their compliance, they make cost savings throughout the year as they procure PRNs. We like low prices, but we don’t believe in low quality. All of our members receive second to none specialist support and advice throughout the process of arranging their compliance with the packaging regulations, and for as long as they are a member of our scheme.
We believe our members should only pay for what they need. With a transparent pricing structure and no hidden costs, we only charge for the services our members want to use. If you need training or would like an audit, we can arrange it for you but if you don’t need these services, you won’t be charged.
We understand that businesses need a simple and hassle-free service, and from the moment you decide to join our scheme, we make the process quick and easy. We are also passionate about using clear language in all of our communication and we help our members understand the regulations, and what they need to do to comply, using plain English.
We have an in-house market-leading packaging recovery note procurement team. With no middle men, and access to trade prices, our members get the lowest price packaging recovery notes (PRN) in the market.
We know that businesses want to make sure their packaging waste data submissions are accurate and on time to meet the packaging regulations. Our packaging compliance members benefit from a range of data services that save time and ensure accuracy, whilst also giving you the tools to better report on the impact of packaging on your business.
Our members work with a dedicated Account Manager who provides tailored advice throughout the year. We work in partnership with our members to help them choose the best compliance route for their business, advising on the best time to procure PRNs, and helping our members to save money throughout the year. This hands-on support starts from the very first enquiry and continues throughout the year, every year.
With our leading expertise and coverage of the PRN market, our members have full confidence that their packaging compliance is covered each year. We also work with our members to ensure the data compilation process is as accurate as possible, assisting our members with their packaging obligation calculations and data submissions.
Clarity’s pledge to prioritise investment in UK reprocessors is our way of ensuring our members’ hard-earned income is invested in ways that strengthen UK recycling infrastructure, and in the long-run we intend to decrease reliance on waste exports and counter PRN market volatility.
We have made a pledge to donate at least 1 per cent of our profits each quarter to charitable causes or awareness campaigns.
We donate to a range of causes that exist to make a difference to the world we live in, and the people that occupy it. We are also particularly keen to consider those charities or causes that have an association with our staff members or customers and suppliers.
Our mission, vision and values are deeply rooted in our business.
Our vision is to bring transparency, cost reduction and ethical behaviour to the compliance, recovery and recycling sectors, enabling businesses to make a difference to the world we live in, and for all that occupy it.Read More
